A Fratman / Fratwoman Is A Leader

We had uncertain feeling where we want to express ourselves through writings.

Yes, we can write, we can dictate, we can emphasize, but not all of us can influence in a good way. If given a chance to speak about our society, all of us are big-mouthed about it. There are many things I want to stress out. As I have marked previously  that "the predominant issue in our society today is not poverty, but the inability to raise up men of honor, integrity and character. In this article, my focal point is the minor details that most people made inattentions. We tend to see the bigger picture yet we fail to notice the crucial points.

From the very beginning, the world  has so much demand of leaders that have the heart to change and influence the next generation. But we have become unfaithful and unreliable.

The Bible says: 

 "Their loyalty is divided between God and the world and they are unstable in everything they do." James 1:8. 

We have become unstable in everything we do and we perish for lack of vision.

We have divided attention; we pleasurized ourselves and studied little.

Our society brings so much demand of a man that has integrity, honor and character. It’s not about how good we were in writing, speaking, dancing or whatever built in performance, Its about our effectivity as a leader in our society/ fraternity.

6 Things We need to do to become an effective fratman / fratwoman in our society/ fraternity

1. L - Learn to Connect to A community that promotes godliness 

2. E - Establish a personal relationship with God

3. A - Accept challenges

4. D - Develop our skills to help other people

5. E - Eliminate fear

6. R - Respect the process

A Fratman / Fratwoman is a leader

We need God's vision to be embedded in our hearts so that we can be effective as a fratman / fratwoman.

We have to face it, we can’t do it on our own, we can’t save ourselves. We need God.

    I will always strive to do extremely well with the use of the utmost or highest of my abilities and learning’s with God as the source of my strength and motivation in my field of work or in the academe. This will arm and gear me as an individual to serve my country, community, fraternity, and my brethren with superiority and excellence. As for my personal life, I will at all times be an epitome or an embodiment of a responsible and an affectionate child to my mother and father, supportive and compassionate to my brothers, sisters and friends; a responsible and a doting parent to my children, and an adoration and inspiration to my partner.
